Security of Personal Information
The Personal Data we collect from you is your Name and Contact details so we know how to contact you immediately in the event of an unscheduled change to our program or availability. This applies to Programs, Retreats, Individual Sessions, Workshops and Events organised by Bodysoul Energy.
For individual Coaching or Healing Sessions, a Client Information Form, preparation notes for the session as well as notes taken during the session, are held in a secure locked filing cabinet, to ensure privacy & confidentiality.
Notes taken prior to and during an Individual Session – are shared with the client and accessible following the session if this is requested.
Electronic Information of client email addresses on laptops and mobile phones, are secured by a pin number & password. Electronic Information of Invoices on laptops are also secured by a pin number & password. Printed Invoices are also stored securely in a locked filing cabinet.
Bodysoul Energy does not collect any personal data on their website.

Bodysoul Energy may update this Privacy Statement if required by the business or due to customer feedback.
