Ahh – a return to inner peace, clarity and rejuvenation – those are the words we used to express our recent experience, attending a 6-day residential Retreat in a beautiful sanctuary in Byron Bay.
We arrived feeling stressed & exhausted from so much happening in our lives – needing time out to heal & recover. This was no holiday, by any stretch of the imagination: a full program of activities that enabled us to re-energise our bodies & still our busy minds.

After all that – we returned refreshed with a more balanced perspective on what is before us.
We have incorporated some of the techniques & tools into our daily lives and are looking forward to sharing what we have learned with others.
