Polarity Yoga is the art of subtle energy stretches with concentrated attention. The objective is to release subtle energy tension & stress blockages.

Polarity Yoga is a system of self-healing exercises, designed to release energy blocks in and around the body, to balance the body’s energy centres, fields & pathways – promoting a healthy flow of oxygen, blood & cerebrospinal fluid throughout the body.

Polarity Yoga deals with breath distribution which directs action on the 5 elements of the body. The respiration process coordinates movement of the cranial bones with the sacral motion. Increased self-awareness can also be gained, by uniting & directing energies inward.
